Details:
Cabinets: black walnut veneer
Countertop: white carrera marble
Floor: maple
Range: Viking 30 inch
Fridge: Jenn Air
Microwave: at the bottom of the end of the penninsula
Garbage: pull out beside dishwasher.

The kitchen is almost completed... the sink and faucet still need to be installed,
and a few small details.

You can see from the Old kitchen photos that we removed a wall between kitchen,
dining room. Removed the old kitchen door and replaced it with a window.

I finally took pictures by daylight, and wanted to share those, now that I have
"graduated" from the kitchen forum, in a sense! The kitchen was completed in the
Spring of 2005, and many fine ideas came from this forum -- a veritable font on
information and support.

Here are the details, as far as I cna remember:
CABINETS: CWP, Terry door, machine edge, reverse panel, eggshell matte finish.
Frameless w/finished end panels!
COUNTERTOPS: Roman Gold Granite
STOVE: Lacanche Cluny, Provencal Yellow
HOOD: Ventahood liner, 54"
SINK: Rohl Farmhouse, 36", undermounted
FAUCET & SOAP DISPENSER: Rohl, Polished nickel
INSTANT BOILING/CHILLED FILTERED WATER: Insinkerator
CABINET KNOBS & PULLS: Brushed brass finish, from Coolknobsandpulls.com
DISHWASHER: Miele incognito
REFRIGERATOR: Kitchenaid 42" built-in
FLOORS: Oak, prefinished Bruce
PAINT: Benjamin Moore Toasted Almond
LIGHT FIXTURES: Restoration Hardware
BACKSPLASH: Walker Zanger painted travertine
UNDERCABINET LIGHTING: Juno

Beautiful!! Really like the yellow LaCanche. How do you like cooking on it? I also have a question about the prefinished floor - have you had any problems with water, or spills? Congratulations on a gorgeous space.
