You really did a great job! Everything is pulled together nicely. Is the layout about the same as before? How long did the project take? Enjoy your new kitchen! |
RE: Pics of my mostly DIY Kitchen.
Thanks for your kind words. The project took almost 2 years from the design standpoint. 8 months of construction. The Layout is completely different. We changed windows and closed up a door. took down a partition wall and removed soffits. Moved plumbing..etc.It was a complete gut. That's why it took us so long. Husband was very good at demo. Luckily we had friends to help us put things back together. :) |

Hi there. Loved your kitchen. We have red walls too and are in the middle of design where we think we will retain them.
Our KD has come up with a corner sink. The window would be on the left shoulder of the user.
We are considering a mirror backsplash, or perhaps tile to match the floor.
Cabinets will be either similar to yours or maple in a light stain.
How have you found your corner unit? Would you go with it again. Any disadvantages?
Thanks
Alex
