• Backsplash: 4x4 tumbled marble (toasted almond, enhanced) and 1" marble onyx accents

• dining light fixture is by Kichler
• Trash Pullout
• Wine fridge
• Warming Drawer
• Pulls: from Lee Valley Hardware; solid stainless-steel bow handles. 96 mm on the small drawers on the wine fridge hutch and 160 mm everywhere else.
• Paint: Venetian Plaster in Caramello (from Lowe's). Walls were already textured. I did a base coat w/glaze and finished with random rolls from a 4" roller.

It has been an 8 month process overall including planning. The actual remodel took almost 7 weeks. We re-tiled the foyer and completely remodeled the downstairs kitchen, bath and mudroom. We added a new sliding door in the kitchen where a large picture window used to be. We also removed the soffits in the kitchen and mudroom and extended the cabinets to the ceiling. We also added recessed lighting in all rooms. I purchased almost everything on line so let me know if you have any questions.

• Cabinets: deglossed old cabinets; then painted with 2-3 coats of BM Alkyld Paint (computer-matched to bisque appliances)
• New island ~ semi-custom cabinets from Young's Furniture; beadboard on back and sides

• Floor: Removed linoleum; Added 3.25" wide white oak hardwood; Stained Minwax Early American
• Pulls and knobs: Amerock (purchased from acehardwareoutlet.com); hinges spray-painted to blend with new cabinet hardware

  - convection oven with smooth cooktop
  - Ultima Over the Range microwave

• Franke Orca sink with bottom grid and right side grid ~ purchased from Ira Wood.com

• Beadboard and Chair rail added to back hall and entrance to K

Structural Changes:

• Moved tall pantry to mudroom and opened up 4' wide doorway to DR
• Removed soffit that was going down middle of K
• Added french doors between DR and LR
• Added corner cabinet and raised corner propane fireplace with oak mantle in DR
