Introduction:
Our renovation entailed a gut rehab of the 1969 ugliness that was here, knocking a hole through the wall for a pass-through window, widening a doorway, and pretty much new everything, right down to the subfloor.

Kitchen Highlights:

• Cabinets: Bertch Legacy (maple with toffee stain)
• Countertops: Labrador Antique granite
• Backsplash: GBI honed limestone 2x4 subway tile in Sienna Beige
• Flooring: Daltile Brancacci in Windrift Beige (12x12 and 18x18)
• Hardware: Hickory Hardware craftsman hammered black iron pulls/knobs
• Faucet: Grohe Ladylux3 Plus
• Sink: Ticor S105D
• Dishwasher: KitchenAid Architect II Series
• Range: GE JGB900SS -- gas with double oven
