Details:
- Cabinets: Laureldale Amaretto Creme Glaze, by KitchensForLess.com in Culver City, CA Charlie Torres is wonderful to work with. This is an online store where you have to know what you want and they place the order for you.
- Countertops: Typhoon Bordeaux granite. Purchased from a Prefab Granite Company
- Appliances: stainless. From the GE Cafe Series, love them and ordered them online also
- Backsplash: from Reclaimed Chicago Common Brick Veneer Tile from BrickSalvage.com in Rockford, IL
- Pendants: from Lowes
- The Island is my pride and joy, it was built by my son Andrew (age 20) he is very talented and I knew he could do it. He mostly got his skills from wood shop in high school. I found an island that I liked on the Internet and asked him if he could do it for me. We purchased the 4 posts from Osborne Wood Products and the Butcher Block Top comes from California Butcher Block in Irvine, CA. I told him what I wanted in drawer sizes and I needed a place for my cookbooks and of course I needed the bottom shelf, he did the rest. It's Perfect.

What color is your yellow on the walls? We have a similar kitchen in progress. I absolutely love the brick backsplash!
Sorry I had not checked this site in a while and just saw you question, it is Behr Gold Buff, I am pretty sure. we also used a light yellow called Sensible Hue, also Behr as you can see the two colors yellow. I got the brick from a place in Chicago. Just love it.
